This website is run by Star Kids, based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Star Kids is a trader, not a manufacturer: our products are made by third-party manufacturers and packed and sold under the Star Kids brand. The manufacturer’s or packer’s details are printed on each pack. This website shows our products and lets you contact us. We do not take payments on this website. Orders are placed and confirmed with us directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
2. Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, designs and photos accurate, but colours, prints and packaging can vary between batches, and some illustrations on the site are artwork rather than photos. Availability and designs can change without notice. The details printed on the product pack, including age guidance and care instructions, always take priority.
3. Using our products safely
- Always read and follow the instructions and warnings on the pack.
- Always supervise your baby while they use a teether, soother, feeder or any small item.
- Check products before every use, and stop using one at the first sign of damage or wear.
- Nothing on this website is medical advice. Ask your doctor about teething pain, feeding or skin problems.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices, stock, minimum order quantities and delivery charges are shared with you when you enquire, and an order is only confirmed when we confirm it in writing (for example on WhatsApp). Prices are in Indian Rupees and we will tell you whether GST is included. We issue a GST invoice with every order where required. Wholesale orders may be subject to separate written terms agreed with you.
5. Delivery, returns and refunds
We will share expected delivery timelines when you order. Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
6. Our content and brand
The Star Kids name, logo, product designs, photos, illustrations and text on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content or brand without our written permission. Retailers who stock our products may use our product photos to sell genuine Star Kids products.
7. Using the website
Please do not misuse the site: for example by sending spam or false enquiries, trying to break or overload it, or pretending to be someone else. Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, are governed by those services’ own terms.
8. Our responsibility to you
We take care to provide good products and accurate information, and we are responsible for defects as Indian law provides. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, ignoring the instructions on the pack, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

10. Complaints
If something is not right, please contact our grievance officer using the details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. You can also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in).
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
